    I have booked my AirportGateway service but have not received my confirmation email?

  • Please check your spam folder as it may be the first time your email address has received a confirmation from us. If you have still not received the confirmation you can email us at bookings@airportgateway.aero with as much information as possible about your booking.
  • The airline has changed my flight times, how can I amend my AirportGateway booking?

  • Please contact bookings@airportgateway.aero with the relevant changes and we will respond with confirmation of the change.
  • I cannot find my AirportGateway representative?

  • Please telephone our 24 hour number on your confirmation email for your reservation in question.
  • My travel plans have changed and I need to cancel my AirportGateway booking, will I be charged?

  • Cancellation charges are detailed on the Terms & Conditions page of the AirportGateway website.
  • How do I contact AirportGateway?

  • You can email us at bookings@airportgateway.aero or call us directly on our 24 hour number +353 1 531 0898.
  • What paperwork will I need?

  • You will need to bring your confirmation number or email with you that was generated at the time of the booking.
  • What happens if I lose my booking confirmation?

  • Please contact bookings@airportgateway.aero for a replacement.
  • Where do I meet my AirportGateway representative?

  • A designated area will be arranged in advance for you, usually in departures area on outbound flights or if you arrive by car, at kerbside or just off the flight on arrival. We will confirm the arrangements by email prior to your arrival.
  •  What will happen if I am late to meet my AirportGateway representative?

  • You need to ensure that you keep in contact with your whereabouts on our 24 hour number, if you subsequently miss your flight or are denied boarding then any financial penalty imposed by the airline will have to be met by you.
  • What happens if my departing flight is delayed?

  • We will stay with you until the scheduled departure time that we had been given. If you require us to stay longer further charges may apply, please see terms and conditions.
